Federal prosecutors have indicted a Russian national for interfering in the upcoming midterm election, marking the first criminal charges for election interference in 2018. The defendant, Elena Khusyaynova has linked to Russian President Vladimir Putin and was allegedly posing as an American to trick voters. Rep.
